Happy new year, Vegas! If you’re looking to end the year with a boom, or simply dance the night away – you’re in the right place. After all, no one does NYE like Sin City. Without further ado, here are the top 2026 New Year’s Eve parties that you can’t miss in Vegas.
1. Fremont Street Experience: Countdown Under the Canopy
Probably the city’s biggest throwdown – a massive block party with live music on 3 stages. This year, check out Robin Thicke, CeeLo Green, Common Kings, and Chingy. It costs $60 and the vibes are guaranteed.
2. America’s Party 2026 – free event
This is Sin City’s famous coordinated NYE fireworks launch from the rooftops of 9 major resorts, such as Caesars Palace, MGM Grand, Aria, and The Venetian. Keep in mind that the Strip closes to vehicle traffic around 6 PM, and it changes into a massive pedestrian plaza. Be there early(ish) for a great spot and enjoy the show!
3-8. Nightclub events & parties
Vegas nightclubs pull out all the stops with world famous headliners. Expect open bar options, and unforgettable sets. Here are some of the main events:

9-12. Rooftop parties
Head here for the best ‘front-row’ seats for the fireworks without the massive street crowds.
- Legacy Club at Circa: Countdown in the Clouds offers 360-degree views from the 60th floor, an open bar, and fire pits.
- VooDoo Lounge at Rio: A rooftop party on the 51st floor with panoramic views of the Strip.
- The STRAT (Level 108): The only spot where you can watch the fireworks from above them. Expect DJs and a champagne toast.
- Ghostbar at Palms: Known for its glass-floor balcony, this is a prime spot for viewing the Strip-wide display.
13-15. Concerts & shows
- Backstreet Boys at Sphere: One of our all time favorite Vegas residencies. Catch a show on December 30th or 31st.
- Bruno Mars at Dolby Live: Another well known show in Sin City – start the year with funky vibes.
- Duran Duran at Fontainebleau: Playing the BleauLive Theater on January 1st and 2nd, it’s perfect for the ‘after-party’.
