Independence Day in Vegas always features parades, live entertainment, and so much more, all across the city. However, this year’s extra special, as we’re all gearing to celebrate America’s 250th birthday. Yep – it’s gonna be big, Sin City stye. Without further ado, here are the most spectacular spots to catch the fireworks this 4th of July in Vegas.
The Full Strip Spectacular
For the 250th anniversary, the city’s hosting “Full Strip Spectacular.” Exactly at 9 PM, 9 resort rooftops – including Caesars Palace, Treasure Island, Venetian, MGM Grand, Aria, Planet Hollywood, Resorts World, Fontainebleau, and The STRAT – will ignite a massive, fully synchronized fireworks display. This is by far the most impressive show in the city, so if you wanna go big, the Strip is your go-to.
Resorts World Las Vegas
The Rose Rooftop viewing party starts at 7 PM and tickets are $25 (down from last year’s $45). It features a “Boots, Beats & Skyline Views” country-disco theme with DJ Ashley Walls, and the ticket includes one complimentary drink. After the 9 PM fireworks, Nate Smith is playing a live concert at Zouk Nightclub.
4th of July fireworks at Plaza Hotel & Casino
The Plaza is doubling down by hosting fireworks on both July 3rd (9:10 PM) and July 4th (9:00 PM). However, the pool viewing party is no longer totally free for everyone. While hotel guests are free, non-hotel guests (21+) will be charged $10 for entry starting at 7 PM.
They’re also hosting a $250k Super Bingo tournament, a chicken wing eating contest, and a beer pong tournament.
Station Casinos
Station Casinos is celebrating its 50th Anniversary alongside America’s 250th! They are launching synchronized fireworks from 6 of their properties, all at 9 PM. Poolside viewing party tickets remain $35 for adults (12+) and $10 for children.
4th of July at Sphere
The venue’s exosphere will feature special digital and audio illuminations at 9:30 PM and 11:40 PM. Inside, EDM star Illenium is hosting a massive “Odyssey at Sphere” concert on July 3rd and 4th.
Henderson Heritage Park
Looking for something more chill? This free family-focused event will run from 6 PM to 9:30 PM, with the fireworks starting promptly at 9 PM.
Lake Las Vegas
If you’re looking for a beautiful community event, this is it. Fireworks on the lake take place at 9 PM and they’re free to watch. You can rent kayaks for a full-on experience.
Buckskin Basin Park
Another family-friendly celebration awaits with live music and food trucks. Of course, the day ends with fantastic fireworks. Be there at 7 PM, bring some chairs, sit back and enjoy!
