Her Vegas debut Weekends With Adele, was abruptly postponed just one day before its opening show in January. Her residence will begin on November 18 and last until March 25 at The Colosseum, its original location at Caesars Palace.

Adele wrote in a statement on her website, “After what feels like an eternity of figuring out logistics for the show that I really want to deliver, and knowing it can happen, I’m more excited than ever!”
The sudden cancelation back in January shocked many fans, many of whom had traveled across the country or further to attend Adele’s highly anticipated show. Since then, those with tickets have been waiting to know when the show would be rescheduled to plan another trip to Vegas.
The ticket for the new dates will go on sale on August 10. Fans who had held tickets to the previous show will be given priority, and fans who had been registered or waitlisted for the Weekends With Adele verified fan presale on Ticketmaster.
The fans who had purchased tickets via third-party sellers had been able to receive refunds until new dates or a cancellation was announced.
The new show dates come with COVID-19 guidelines. Fans will be required to show proof of full vaccination. Those with a medical exemption must show a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours of the concert.
Adele canceled her original residency at the eleventh hour with a tearful 90-second video on her Instagram and on Twitter, where she explained that the show could not go on as scheduled. She blamed both COVID-related supply chain issues and as well as dissatisfaction with the quality of the show at that time.
“Listen, I’m so sorry, but my show ain’t ready.” Her Ceasar’s Palace residency was supposed to go on from January to April 2022. In her video, Adele apologized for the last-minute cancelation and explained how her team and she had been up for 30 hours searching for solutions. “We’ve tried absolutely everything that we can to put it together in time and for it to be good enough for you, but we’ve been absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and covid. Half my crew is down with covid … it’s been impossible to finish the show. I can’t give you what I have right now, and I’m gutted… I’m sorry it’s so last minute.. we’ve run out of time.”
The singer has acknowledged the unpleasant situation in her latest statement. “For some of you, it was a horrible decision on my part, and I will always be sorry for that, but I promise you it was the right one. To be with you in such an intimate space every week has been what I’ve most been looking forward to, and I’m going to give you the absolute best of me.”
