A showstopper glass fountain that oozes lustrous ribbons of dark, milk, and white chocolate is at the Bellagio Patisserie, and it also happens to be the largest in the entire world.
What used to be the Jean Philippe Patisserie, owned by a World Pastry Champion Jean Phillipe who came up with the concept of the fountain, was renamed back in 2018. The patisserie had been open for 20 years before changing its name to the Bellagio Patisserie, as it stands today.
If you read the sign, it states that the fountain has six pumps that work to circulate two tons of chocolate at 120 degrees Fahrenheit in a 95 degree temperature enclosure into 25 hand-crafted artistic glass vessels. Chocolate swirls down in ribbons of white, dark, and milk chocolate and whether or not you’re a fan of sweets, the artisan fountain is definitely something to marvel at.
After staring at sweets made into art, you can then purchase something from the Patisserie. They have everything you could ever want from assortments of gelato flavors, to crepes and macarons to omelets and breakfast pastries. This French bakery even has coffee so it’s a great place to start your day.
