Each season, the Horticulture and Engineering team transforms the 14,000 square-foot Botanical Gardens at the Bellagio Las Vegas with a new themed-display, and this holiday season, they’ve done their new festive iteration: The Nutcracker.
This past autumn saw Enchantment: The Magic of Fall, where the display reflected the gorgeous changing of fall colors with a fairy-theme to match. Visitors were able to walk through toadstools in a woodland forest straight out of a fairytale, but as all seasons come to an end, so does this enchanted display on November 26th.
From November 26th to December 1st, the conservatory will go dark for the striking transformation of the holiday display, set to be unveiled on December 2nd and will be on view until January 7th, 2024.
In the past, holiday displays have been a mix of white and red-colored sculptures made of gorgeous flowers. Polar bears, giant ornaments, nutcrackers and gingerbread houses line the room you can walk through like a maze. Last year’s theme, ‘Gingerbread Dreams, a Holiday Confection,’ was gorgeous and we’re excited to see what happens in just a few short weeks.
Guests to the Conservatory can also dine in the heart of it. The Garden Table offers dishes inspired by the seasons and created by the culinary team of the Bellagio resort for $125 per person.
One of the top stops on your list of things to do for the holidays, we’ll see you there until it goes dark after January 7th.
