Craft Kitchen boasts two gorgeous locations in Las Vegas with super airy, open dining rooms. They serve breakfast all day and there’s a delicious menu to choose from. Directly across from the famous Bellagio Fountain and within view of Las Vegas’ Eiffel Tower sits the stunning Mon Ami Gabi. The dishes here are almost too pretty to eat. Almost. Love eggs? Now you know what to call yourself. Eggs are the ultimate breakfast ingredient and at Eggslut they really know how to elevate this humble ingredient. There, you’ll find eggs cooked every which way with delicious flavour combinations. 10. Du Par’s
You’ll find Du Par’s in Suncoast Casino and it’s a no-frills spot that’s been around forever. There they pride themselves on serving classic dishes with large portions so that customers are always satisfied. Esquire Magazine once named their pancakes the ‘best in the US’ so you know you’re in for a treat when you tuck into one of their breakfasts. You’ll also find other classic, filling dishes like ham and eggs and eggs Benedict. The fresh eggs they use are extra, extra large so you won’t leave hungry!

Boasting a huge flagship location at the LV Convention Centre and another at the Harry Reid Airport, Bagelmania has been serving up delicious bagels in Las Vegas for a long time. The airport location is more of a stand where you can choose your bagel and filling, then eat it on the go but the other location also serves as a Jewish deli. You will even find gluten-free and vegan offerings so it’s a must-try for bagel-lovers.
12. Saginaw’s Deli
Saginaw’s Deli at Circa Resort & Casino serves up some delicious, traditional deli dishes that will have you licking your lips. Check out the deli sandwiches with top-quality ingredients like pastrami and turkey. You can also grab lighter dishes like avocado toast or go for a hearty cooked breakfast like corned beef hash or steak and eggs. It’s definitely not the cheapest place on the list but it’s obvious why this place is so popular still.

13. Black Bear Diner
Black Bear Diner is a classic breakfast spot beloved by locals and tourists alike, if you do a little off-strip exploring. Breakfast starts at 6am, when the smell of sizzling bacon and sweet maple syrup mingles with freshly brewed diner coffee. On the menu, you can order heaping plates of hashbrowns, eggs-your-way, and different types of meat from sausage links to country fried steak. Their chorizo breakfast burrito is a great way to soak up any late night lingering booze, and for those with a sweet tooth, try a fresh baked bear claw with either classic almond filling or blackberry.
14. Mr. Mama’s Breakfast & Lunch
Mr. Mama’s rises and shines at 7am and prepares for another day of serving the food Las Vegas locals and tourists love. Located in a small shopping mall-meets-parking-lot, you’d expect a no-frills experience, and you’d be right. But, inside is their famous cinnamon roll, huge and made for 2, smothered in cream cheese and fresh out of the oven, stacks of pillowy pancakes, and country-style biscuits and gravy. Come early because they close at 3pm.

When Eat hit the scene and gained notoriety, it was easy to see why. Chef Natalie Young had 20+ years of experience and a great philosophy on food. Sourcing from locals is important, as well as fast, quality food with fresh ingredients. The menu has exciting dishes, like their truffled egg sandwich for anyone who needs a punch and pan-fried pork chops with gravy, chive potatoes and eggs.

16. Buldogi’s Gourmet Hot Dogs
Yes, it’s technically a hot dog spot, but it’s got one of the most amazing egg sandwiches in Las Vegas and had a 10/10 from popular TikTok food reviewer, Keith Lee. So we thought we’d include it. Try one of their EggDrops Korean-style sandwiches. Some of them are made classic with turkey sausage and bacon, soft scrambled eggs, Sriracha aioli, or go for something unique like the Bulgogi or Pork Belly sandwich.
