The best burger across all its genres, from fast food to extra expensive, has been judged by Yelpers, and we were surprsied by Las Vegas pick. It was not found at a standard burger joint but, instead, at a breakfast spot. We weren’t too surprised considering Vegas was ranked as the second best breakfast city in the nation, we guess in part thanks to its buffet culture, but who would have thought Eggslut would hold Las Vegas’ best burger, according to Yelp.
Eggslut at the Cosmopolitan is a popular option, perfect for sopping up that extra alcohol after a long night out, known specifically for its egg sandwiches. But tucked away between 2 brioche buns is their cheeseburger, which you can also make a double. It comes with ground angus beef, cage-free over medium egg, caramelized onions, bread and butter pickles, cheddar cheese, and dijonnaise in a warm brioche bun.

Eggslut was created by Filipino-American chef, author, and television host, Chef Alvin Cailan. The original concept was a food truck in Los Angeles that quickly gained popularity, with long wait times showing just how popular it was. Now, it has eight brick and mortar locations in cities like Los Angeles, Tokyo, and of course, Vegas.
If you haven’t tried their burger yet, now’s a great chance to give it a try at Eggslut in Las Vegas at the Cosmopolitan.
