There’s nothing like a great food truck treat!
Las Vegas is a town with so much delicious and outstanding food! However, not all of it is found in the glamour 5-star hotels or celebrity chef-owned restaurants. In Vegas, there is also a booming food truck scene with so much variation and mouthwatering goodness! Here are 7 mouthwatering food trucks!
Surprisingly to many, Vegas has one of the largest concentrations of people from Hawaiian outside the islands! Poke Express serves up authentic Hawaiian-style poke in an array of sauces and flavors. Their food is prepared with many Hawaiian favorites, like chocolate macadamia nuts, Hawaiian sun juices, Lau Lau, kalua pig, pasteles, etc. The fresh fish they use is cut into large delicious thick slices to make the best poke around. We highly recommend their Ahi Poke Sweet Chili and Salmon Poke with Special Sauce or Ponzu.

Fuku Burger is one of the best and most original burgers in all of Vegas! Their garlic fries are a star in their own right as well. Their staff is always friendly, the food comes out quick and tastes amazing. When you order, the staff will give you a nickname and call you that when your food is ready! It will be familiar to all who get called a “creative” variation of our names when visiting Starbucks.

Islandtucky Fried Chicken opened in 2015, and it is a Hawaiian food wonder. Islandtucky Fried Chicken is obviously known for their …fried chicken. We particularly love their light and crispy Garlic Chicken. The plate comes with two scoops of rice, potato mac salad, and garlic chicken. The fried noodles and spicy garlic chicken sandwiches are two other favorites! They are open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, so this is a perfect lunch during the week!
