Ahead of Formula 1 weekend which starts the 16th (although the activities start today in true Vegas fashion), two new bars have just opened at the Paris Las Vegas with amazing seating to see all the grand prix fun if you choose.
The Chéri is a new outdoor bar that’ll offer stunning views of the Strip. Following in the more feminine and enchanting venues Paris is known for (think Vanderpump à Paris), The Chéri is a beautiful venue with vines and fairy lights wrapped around the structure’s columns, pink lighting, and the iconc Eiffel Tower in the backdrop. Plus, views of the Strip.
At The Chéri, they’re doing signature cocktails and small plates. To drink, try a perfectly-named Eiffel Sour with Rittenhouse Rye, Disaronno, Lemon, Cherry, and Firewater bitters. Or, you can try one of their “large format” cocktails that are $100 and serve 6-8 people. Options for this are a red and a white sangria and an old-fashioned, among a few others. You can make reservations here.
The second venue that opened is a cigar bar called Montecristo Cigar Bar, an excellent sports bar with green walls, yellow trim, and crystal chandeliers.
Guests can keep up with the latest sports game, indulge in craft cocktails and cigars, and order food from restaurants like Gordan Ramsey Steak, Bobbys Burgers, the Bedford by Martha Stewart, and Nobu via Casesar Eats.
It also has one of the biggest humidors in the city. A 400 square foot climate-controlled room with up to 1,000 cigars of different brands you can choose from.
The Chéri is Open Daily from 8PM – 2AM and Montecristo’s hours are as follows: Monday-Friday, 11 am – 1 am and Saturday-Sunday, 9 am – 1 am.
