1. Barry’s Downtown Prime
Circa’s steakhouse, Barry’s Downtown Prime, just screams romance and vintage glam. Book a table in the Garden Room with a lighted olive tree and order from a menu that specializes in perfect cuts of steak and fresh seafood.
2. Top of the World
On the 106th floor of the Strat is the Top of the World restaurant, one of the most romantic restaurants in Las Vegas perfect for a date night. The restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic and rotating 360 views of the Strip from above. If you didn’t need more of a reason to plan a romantic evening here, they even have proposal packages which speaks to how popular of a date night spot this is.
3. NoMad Library
NoMad Library, previously NoMad Restaurant, is a gorgeous and swanky lounge-like venue with two floors of illuminated bookshelves, chandeliers, and a spiral staircase. Located inside the MGM Resort, NoMad Library is perfect for a first date, Valentine’s Day, or girl’s night. Try one of their signature dishes, from Lobster Thermidor, a 2.5lb lobster with carrot butter, their Double Cut Porkchop, a 14oz Bone-in, Achiote Sauce, Apple Compote, or their 40oz Bone-in Prime Tomahawk Steak with Yuzu Steak Sauce and an 8oz Lobster Tail
4. Mizumi
Located in the Wynn, Mizumi is an elevated Japanese restaurant that does a variety of different cuisines to perfection. Sushi, omakase, Japanese whiskey, and Teppanyaki. For a romatic date night, we’d recommend enjoying dinner under the stars with their Sansui Dining with a floating pagoda table for 2 that’s outdoors and often requires a reservation in advance. 5. Hugo’s Cellar
Hugo’s Cellar has been at the Four Queens near the Fremont Experience since 1966 and little has changed. The women are presented with a red rose here, and the tableside presentations add an exra special something to the already romantic ambiance. Salads and desserts like Bananas Foster are prepared tableside, steaks are juicy and perfectly cooked, and they offer a cook your own experience with a hot slab of granite that you can prepare various proteins on.
6. Americana
Americana feels like a lakeside home, from the classic Southern-style home decor to the outdoor patio on Lake Jacqueline that’s perfect for watching the sun set. Tuck into Steaks, pastas, appetizers like their oysters or charcuterie board, and wash it down with an excellent glass of wine.
7. Eiffel Tower Restaurant

8. Carbone
Carbone is one of the most popular restaurants in New York and Las Vegas, serving up Italian delicacies you can enjoy but only if you book weeks or sometimes even months in advance. (Pro tip: You can do walk-ins if you’re willing to sit at the bar.
This restaurant inside the Aria with an old 20th century Italian-American glamour (think rich jewel-toned chairs and checkboard tiled floors) that we love to see here in Sin City. The menu is simple with antipasti, seafood, meat dishes, and a small selection of ‘macaroni’ from Lobster Ravioli to Spicy Rigatoni, and they do a fun table-side caesar salad for something lighter on the palette. 9. Lavo
Lavo has excellent brunch but they’re also an excellent spot for dinner and drinks. The interior is dim and elegant, perfect for date night or Valentine’s Day, and it’s located inside the Palazzo at the Venetian Resort. Dine outdoors for beautiful views of the strip or inside with extravagent chanedleirs and lush red seats. Don’t skip eating the delicious complementary bread, their spaghetti and meatballs are stacked high with house-made meatballs and they’ve got a fun tableside dessert.
10. SW Steakhouse
At the Wynn, SW Steakhouse is a Forbes Travel Guide Four Star award winning Steakhouse, serving a mix of prime aged steak and certified Japanese and domestic Wagyu. Get a seat outside during the evening where they sit you lakeside near a gorgeous waterfall with a surprise show that we don’t want to spoil but that you won’t want to miss. Enjoy the free fluffy bread, the Jumbo Bone Marrow Flambé and of course, a delicious steak.
