When it finally cools down, we all love grabbing some delicious ramen in Las Vegas. You can order beer on tap and in some places, even Kombucha, but have you ever tried ramen on tap? This restaurant in Las Vegas, Dragon Tiger Noodle Co., is offering just that – and the concept has gone viral, all over social media.
Get your ramen on tap
Order at the cashier and your homemade noodles are placed in a bowl, then doused with their homemade broths, straight from the tap.
The restaurant offers 5 different broth flavors: Tonkotsu Pork, Hokkaido Beef, Chinese Chicken, Thai Yum (which is vegan friendly and gluten-free) and Spicy Sichuan.
After that, the options are limitless. You can pick between different types of noodles, protein, veggies, and additional toppings. From Wagyu to braised pork belly, udon to rice noodles…the sky’s the limit.
Ready-made bowls
If the options are intimidating, they’ve also got a few specialty bowls like Tonkotsu or Plant-based Thai Yum. These are already filled with ingredients that mesh well together, so you don’t need to consider anything – just enjoy it.
Just in case you’re not in the mood for ramen…which we don’t think is possible…they have rice bowls, baos, gyozas, and chicken wings too. They’re great on the side!
