The Dazzling Rooftop Ice Rink At The Cosmopolitan Is Only Open Until This Sunday

Skate your heart out in a wintry wonderland right on the Las Vegas Strip!

The holiday season is almost over, which means it’s time to get that last bit of holiday spirit! And what better way to do that than to go ice skating, Vegas style?

The Cosmopolitan has brought back its rooftop ice rink for its ninth season, where locals and tourists alike can immerse themselves in a magical holiday paradise with stunning views of the Vegas Strip.

Each year, the famous resort transforms its rooftop Boulevard Pool into a 4,200-square-foot ice rink (with real ice). Guests live out all of their winter wonderland dreams while skating under draped glittering lights.

But it doesn’t end there. The Cosmopolitan also sets up fire pits where guests can roast s’mores, get a bite to eat and sip on fancy seasonal cocktails like their signature Egg Noggy Nog and Rebel Without A Claus.

The festivities also include a special Date Skate event hosted every Monday and Tuesday from November 23 – December 29, where different films will be projected on the resort’s 65-foot marquee.

Enjoying the wintry vibe of the ice rink area will be totally free. Skate tickets, which include all-day skating access and skate rentals, cost $30 for non-hotel guests, and $20 for hotel guests, locals and military skating Monday through Thursday.

The Cosmopolitan encourages making reservations in advance for fire pits and groups, as seating is limited this year in order to ensure safe social distancing. Masks are required of all guests, and social distancing and reduced capacity (60 guests for the ice rink) will be strictly enforced.
