Miracle Mile Shops inside Planet Hollywood just received an upgrade with the debut of Rosa Mexicano, the largest of the chain’s restaurants. The 13,000 sqaure foot space includes an indoor dining room, indoor and outdoor bars, and dynamic rooms for private events that can host anywhere from 20-500 guests.
The interior is what this year’s Barbie dreams are made of. Vibrant with a fuscia hot pink interior, tables, and seating, complete with plants hanging from the ceiling that are usually spotted in restaurants in Mexico City.
The restaurant is the brand’s first west coast and first Las Vegas addition, with other locations in New York, Pennyslvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, and Massachusetts, with other locations upcoming in Florida and Virginia.
At Rosa Mexicano, you can choose from their dinner menu or their brunch menu, making it a new addition to add to your brunch line up. You can even order dinner for Thanksgiving here. And, don’t forget dessert. Some of their dishes include their fresh tableside guacamole made (which you can even top with beef-fat poached lobster for an additional cost), roasted bone marrow, empanadas with beef brisket birria and Oaxacan cheese, five different types of ceviches, and a whole menu of tacos and enchiladas. Of course, don’t forget to wash it down with a margarita.
Brunch options include churro waffles, huevos rancheros, a few different burritos, and the High Roller’s feast with a 42oz ribeye steak, grilled shrimp, half a dozen eggs, chile roased potatoes, salsa ranchera, cilantro chimichurri, and tortillas with a bottle of Dom Perignon for $475.
Whatever you decide, this is a welcome and exciting addition to Planet Hollywood. Rosa Mexicano opened last week and is taking reservations on the 20th of November.
