3. Glittering Lights at Las Vegas Motor Speedway
Millions of lights, sparkling holiday displays, a brand new experience…all from the comfort of your own car. You can’t miss the iconic Glittering Lights Drive Through! This 3-mile holiday drive features over 600 sparkling displays and animated scenes. Wander through glowing tunnels, see reindeer, snowmen, and festive setups lighting up the desert, all synced to a custom Ho-Ho Radio playlist. New this year: a special ‘tribute to the movies’ display. Tickets start at $39 per car.
4. Bellagio’s whimsical winter display
Each season, Bellagio’s Horticulture and Engineering teams transform the 14,000-square-foot Botanical Gardens into a colorful, festive wonderland. This winter, hop on a Christopher Radko-inspired toy train and journey through a magical, nostalgic display. This seasonal, free experience runs through January 3, 2026.
5. Ethel M Chocolates Holiday Cactus Garden
Don’t miss the 32nd Annual Holiday Cactus Garden Lights! Wander the garden with a million twinkling lights and a cup of famous hot chocolate. Santa will be there daily from 5 PM until an hour before closing through December 23, with the line cut-off at 9 PM.
6. The Summerlin Holiday Parade
The much-awaited Summerlin Holiday Parade is back this winter, with more seasonal fun – it’s free for all, and the little ones love it. Find the Christmas spirit in Downtown Summerlin every Saturday and Friday at Park Centre Drive, from 6 PM. Enjoy festive floats, dancers, snow flurries, characters from holiday movies, and of course…Santa himself will make an appearance.
7. Oasis Ice Rink
This holiday season, Fontainebleau Las Vegas brings back the magic with the Oasis Ice Rink. At nearly 7,500 sq. ft., it’s the Strip’s largest real ice-skating rink, set on the resort’s third-floor pool deck. Open nightly from 5 to 11 PM (with seasonal hours starting Dec. 20), the rink area also features firepit rentals, cozy cabanas, festive photo spots, seasonal snacks and drinks, and holiday movies at 5:15 and 8:15 PM.
8. Check out the viral Candy Cane House
Prepare to be amazed by the Candy Cane House, a beloved Henderson landmark that combines holiday magic with pure generosity. Located at 366 South Milan Street, this winter wonderland is the creation of Joey Cardona and Victor Cardenas. They open their doors to thousands of guests each year! Here, you’ll find 80,000 lights, 60 distinct Christmas trees, and life-sized nutcrackers. With unique touches like cotton candy-scented rooms, it’s no surprise that this attraction draws crowds of 6,000 people per weekend.
9. Mariah Carey: Christmastime in Las Vegas
If ‘all you want for Christmas’ is hearing Mariah Carey live…December in Las Vegas is when your dreams come true! Don’t miss a show packed with her Christmas classics and chart-topping hits at Dolby Live at Park MGM. They show runs Dec 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 13.

13. New Year’s Eve Strip Fireworks
Every 31st of December, a spectacular New Year’s Eve fireworks show bursts across Las Vegas skies to commemorate the start of another year. You could see this from a resort, or simply from around the city – remember, the Strip is closed for traffic. They’ll be on at The Eiffel Tower at Paris, at the High Roller Observation Deck, the MGM Grand, and many other spots. Of course, the Fremont Street Area has its own show going on, too.
