Bellagio’s 14,000-square-foot Conservatory & Botanical Gardens just went through a stunning transformation with their Summer 2026: Paradise exhibition. Running from now through September 12, this installation immerses guests in a breathtaking world of color, sounds, and artistry. Created in collaboration with Ed Libby & Co., the display repurposes living plant materials to celebrate the infinite beauty of nature.

Step into the wild this summer, with floral giraffes and majestic lions to roaming tigers, flamingos, and watering holes where elephants gather. Each display celebrates the beauty, balance and majesty of nature.
The Garden Table
Besides the main event, you can also check out The Garden Table, which provides an intimate dining setting. You can enjoy a signature brunch menu curated by Sadelle’s ($135 per person) during the day, or indulge in a multi-course dinner crafted by Michael Mina ($195 per person) in the evening.
The Watering Hole at the Bellagio Conservatory
If you wanna spice up your evening, The Watering Hole invites you to a private, 90-minute cocktail experience surrounded by the summer blooms. Available select evenings, this 21+ experience pairs expertly crafted cocktails with elevated small plates. Pricing starts at $500 for parties of up to 4 guests.
