Las Vegas rarely earns credit for being a hub of sobriety. This wonderland that we call home, famously called ‘Sin City’, features world-class clubs, oversized spirits, and some of the best bars in the world. However, the concept of Dry January is becoming more and more famous each year, and Vegas residents and visitors alike are seeking a sober thrill. But people don’t wanna have sparkling water – they want a delicious, fancy drink – minus the hangover. Thankfully, these bars serve great mocktails.
1. Superfrico

Superfrico is an awesome winter hangout that brings those cozy ski-resort vibes straight to the desert. Their kitchen honors traditional Italian flavors by dishing out famous square-cut pizzas, which you can pair with “Soft Stuff” refreshments. Sip on a Gingered Ale, go for a Carajillo, an NA Amaretto Sour, or their famous Painless Killer, with passion fruit, orange, and pineapple notes.
2. La Cave

Situated inside the Wynn, this gorgeous venue provides 3 handcrafted non-alcoholic options. Their Espresso Notini utilizes brown sugar, coffee, and lemon with Seedlip 94 for a sharp take on that famous pick-me-up. The Jasmine Tonic delivers botanical sweetness through infused syrup, yuzu, plus juniper berries. Last but not least, the Orange Tulip, features elderflower alongside blood citrus and grapefruit. They all go for $14. Additionally, bartenders can adapt standard favorites, like their Purple Haze, into spirit-free versions.
3. Vanderpump

The Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars is known for their fantastic cocktails and cutesy small bites. But no worries – they also added 2 mocktail versions for a successful Dry January! Try their Garden Goddess, featuring mint, Matcha, pineapple, lemon and aquafaba – delicious, and healthy. Alternatively, try the Caesars Berries, with raspberry, mint, hibiscus, lemon, coconut and soda.
4. The Underground Speakeasy & Distillery at the Mob Museum

A history lesson and a delicious drink? Sign us up! Whether you’re a Vegas local or tourist, a visit to the Mob Museum is a must. You’ll learn so much about the organized crime’s history and impact on American society. After that, head to the speakeasy, and experience those back-in-the-day vibes. At the bar, you can find 4 mocktails: Raspberry, Lavender Fizz, The Test Pilot (with elderflower and cherry soda), Pineapple Smash, and the Sober Spritz (the NA version of an Aperol or Campari spritz).
5. WAKUDA

WAKUDA offers a luxurious experience, which brings the best of Japan’s flavors and tradition to Vegas. You can try their signature sushi platters, or go treat yourself to a fantastic Wagyu steak. Wash it all down with one of their 3 mocktails: the Ginger Bloom, the Strawberry Crush, or the Tropical Cooler.
6. Aft Cocktail Deck

The drinks menu at this iconic spot is designed by no one other but Mariena Mercer Boarini, who’s in charge of so many other cocktail bars in Sin City. Why’s that important? Because Mariena doesn’t actually drink alcohol – so we’d trust her for those top-notch mocktails. At Aft Cocktail Deck, you can enjoy a zero-proof delicious Margarita, or an Exotic Sparkling Lemonade.
7. Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den

Experience a mixology speakeasy discretely tucked away in Famous Foods, offering a laidback hangout and an expertly crafted mixology program. It’s inspired by the Prohibition Era with a Singaporean twist – but alcohol is not a must-do vice on the menu. For a successful Dry January, try the Safe Night Cap (serves with a Tajin rim), or sip on the Little Bit Of Freshness.
8. Velveteen Rabbit

This spot is truly something else, especially in the Arts District. They offer craft cocktails and specialty beers. The space always features local art, vintage furniture, and an Instagrammy magical pink outdoor patio. They serve no less than 4 mocktails: The Midnight Idol, Resurrection, Lemur’s Tale, and The Empress. You can rest assured that you’ll find great aromas here, and they’re a lot more than a mix of juices, syrups and sodas.
