With an abundance of world-renowned bars, featuring celebrity chefs and famous mixologists, Las Vegas can be a challenge for any cocktail lover. It’s tough to know which spectacular spot you absolutely can’t miss! To stand out, a bar needs to be truly special. That’s exactly what Craft Creamery achieved by building a beautiful speakeasy hidden behind their famous ice cream shop. This unique spot offers delicious bites inspired by international cuisine, alongside classic and inventive cocktails.
More than just ice cream
Located in the Downtown Arts District, this ice cream shop features more than what you’d expect. Founded in 2020, you’ll also find spiked aguas frescas, cocktail inspired milkshakes, and unique flavors. Try their Berry Mojito, the Pina Colada, or the Pepino con Chile. But while everything here is great, the real (hidden) magic is behind the walls.
Craft Creamery Speakeasy

Behind a freezer door, you’ll find an incredible cocktail bar. The decor will catch your eye first, especially the Salma Hayek mural – because who could ignore that famous scene in From Dusk to Dawn? The overall vibe is jungle-y, so you’re immediately transported to an exotic holiday. According to their website, the space invites you to ‘immerse yourself in an era of glamour, secrecy, and extraordinary libations.’
Amazing cocktails

Let’s talk about the main characters here: the cocktails. Craft Creamery Speakeasy features classics that everyone loves, and creations you’ve never heard of before. From Mint Julips and Caipirinhas to Batanga – which has tequila, Mexican Coke, and salt – you’ll find your favorite here. Another beautiful invention is the I Lava You, with Mezcal, ginger liquor, aloe liquor, lime juice, egg whites and Lilikoi powder & syrup. Dare to try?
Plates and Happy Hour at this unique speakeasy

Chef Jose Gutierrez put together a great menu to go with your cocktails. And with a (hi)story such as his, you know you’re in good hands, no matter what you go with. The Chef’s journey began in Maui and evolved in the dynamic culinary scene of Vegas, where he held leadership roles at acclaimed establishments like Hell’s Kitchen, Bobby Flay, TAO Group, Cleaver, Herbs & Rye, and the José Andrés Group.
On Craft Creamery Speakeasy’s menu, you’ll find delicious birria bao buns, lobster carpaccio, hamachi crudo, Caesars salads, truffle fries, and more. What’s even better? You get $2 off plates during Happy Hour, between 3 – 7 PM. Walk-ins and reservations are both welcome.
