The annual report by Resonance Consultancy evaluates nearly 400 U.S. metropolitan areas based on 3 core pillars: livability, lovability, and prosperity. The methodology weighs economic data, prime-age population attraction, quality-of-life metrics, and user-generated engagement on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Las Vegas didn’t just slip into the top 10; it had an incredible performance in the report’s “Lovability” category, where it ranked no. 3 overall in the nation.
The ranking is heavily backed by real-world data: Clark County welcomed nearly 38.5 million visitors in 2025 alone, with convention attendance holding strong at roughly 6 million. High hotel occupancy rates, record-breaking average daily rates, and surging air passenger traffic topping 55 million, all contributed to the city’s high prosperity score. Furthermore, Nevada has recently led the nation in job growth.
