If you love burgers and are always on the lookout for the next thing…you probably remember that crazy pop-up last summer that had half of Vegas sweating in line for a smashburger. Good news: it’s now permanent! NADC Burger – the concept born from the minds of pro skater Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee – has finally set up shop in Downtown.
Viral NADC burgers are now in Vegas

If you missed out on their wildly successful temporary run, here’s what you need to know.
You won’t find overly complicated menus or super trendy toppings; just nicely executed, high-quality junk food. They only make one type of smashburger, available in 2 sizes, so choosing should be easy.
NADC (which stands for Not A Damn Chance) is, first of all, very serious about their ingredients. They’re serving 100% wagyu beef smashburgers, crisped with lacy edges and dripping with flavor. Alongside, you can enjoy twice-fried fries cooked in beef tallow. Yeah – that tastes as good as it sounds.
The new location
The atmosphere is gritty but curated. You’ll find a long bar to hang out at, and a constant loop of classic ’90s skate videos projected on the walls. It’s exactly the kind no-nonsense joint we’ve been craving.
Of course, the lines are forming fast. If you need a serious, top-tier burger fix, NADC is ready to deliver. Just don’t ask for something they don’t serve…there’s not a damn chance.
