Right when Formula 1 takes over Sin City, and before the holiday spirit really kicks in, we have one more free music, arts, and culinary festival to enjoy. Neon City Festival brings fan favorites from all over the US and beloved local artists to Downtown Vegas. This year’s lineup features Good Charlotte, De La Soul, Deadmau5, Breaking Benjamin, Bowling for Soup, Two Friends, and many more. It takes place on November 21-23, 2025, at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center.
Neon City Festival line-up
The much-awaited fest features over 40 live performances, food from local spots, and interactive art and entertainment. Don’t forget about the fireworks! Catch them on Friday and Saturday night from The Plaza Hotel and Casino.

Start the night with an open bar
Bar Prohibition, inside Golden Gate Hotel & Casino, an open bar flows freely from 6 – 7 PM. This vintage-style bar serves up classic cocktails and modern favorites, in a spot with loads of old-school Vegas charm. This one-hour window is your golden ticket to sip, socialize, and soak in the energy of Downtown Vegas. It’s all on the house, no purchase necessary. Visit Club One for your wristband.
VIP experiences at Neon City Festival
While the experience is free and fun for everyone, this year VIP tickets have been added. VIP Floor Access ($50) includes lower-level viewing, access to a private bar and dedicated restrooms. There’s also an elevated VIP upgrade ($100), which includes access to a premium bar and the top viewing deck.
After parties
Can’t get enough? Those dancing shoes are screaming for more? Head to the XS Nightclub! The Chainsmokers will perform November 21, Odesza comes on November 22, and Diplo B2B Marshmello take over on November 23.
Road closures
Last but not least, the not-so-fun part. Here’s a heads-up when it comes to road closures:
- 3rd Street between Carson and Bridger: Nov. 20 through Nov. 24 at 6 AM
- Bridger between 3rd and Casino Center. Nov. 20 through Nov. 24 at 6 AM
- 4th Street. 1 lane only, western lane from Carson to Ogden
- Casino Center (between Carson and Ogden): 4 PM – 2 AM Friday – Sunday
