If you live history, design, or unique treasures, then you probably already visited the Reno Antique Faire, which has established itself as a landmark event. It’s the city’s first outdoor antique faire, and it transforms the heart of the city into a bustling hub for collectors and casual browsers alike. It usually only takes place on the 3rd Sunday of each month from April through October – but this year, we get a special, Christmas edition.
From Locomotion Plaza past the historic Reno Arch, vendors line North Virginia Street, creating a corridor of absolute gems.

The story of Reno Antique Faire

The Faire is Laura’s baby. She’s been slinging vintage and antiques since 1998 in San Francisco & Sacramento. She’s always been passionate about sustainable goods – and so, she brought this passion to Reno. First, there was the Reno Vintage Flea. She was excited about the presence, both from the vendors and visitors alike. And so, she took this vision further, to what we now call the Reno Antique Faire. Filled with history, this free market is known for having something for every taste. Expect to find vintage clothing, estate jewelry, architectural salvage, and retro lighting among the rows of booths.
