Las Vegas is pulling out all the stops for America’s 250th birthday this summer – is anyone surprised?! The city will transform into a weekly spectacle. In honor of the nation’s semiquincentennial milestone, the Entertainment Capital of the World is hosting an 8-week celebration, culminating in what’s officially billed as the largest 4th of July fireworks display in the United States.
4th of July, celebrated the Vegas way
Running every Saturday night at 9 PM from June 6 through July 25, these 8-minute synchronized extravaganzas will stretch across the Vegas skyline. Produced by the renowned Fireworks by Grucci, the weekly launch sites will rotate to feature resorts both on the Strip and in Downtown.
The crown jewel of this summer series will undoubtedly be Independence Day. On Saturday, July 4, an incredible 9 separate rooftops across the Strip will simultaneously launch fireworks in a coordinated, city-wide patriotic tribute.

What’s so special about these fireworks?
To elevate the experience, each weekly show will be choreographed to a specialized musical soundtrack broadcast in real-time across local Lotus radio stations. Additionally, the Sphere’s Exosphere will project custom, synchronized visuals to match the sky-high displays. That way, locals and visitors alike will have a spectacular view from almost anywhere in the valley.
As usual, Las Vegas is making sure this historic national anniversary is celebrated like nowhere else on Earth!
