2024 is already shaping up to be incredible in the city of entertainment, with huge musicians making stops in Sin City on their tours, the second return of 2 festivals that premiered last year, and so much more to be announced. We’ll keep this article updated as we go along so make sure to bookmark this page for further announcements.
1. U2 at the Sphere
U2 will always be remembered as the first band to perform at the one-of-a-kind venue, the Sphere, and we know it’s just getting started. Sadly, the iconic rock group will be leaving the Sphere in early 2024 so if you want a chance to catch the last 4 concerts on February 23rd, 24th, and March 1st and 2nd, we suggest you don’t wait.
2. Wu-Tang Clan
The hip-hop collective is having a moment in February 2024 to kick off the Super Bowl. Wu-Tang Clan is the first hip-hop act to have a residency on the Strip, and the Grammy-award group will perform hits like C.R.E.A.M at the Theater at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas on February 9th and 10th. They’ve recently released a new album ‘Once Upon A Time In Shaolin.’
3. Super Bowl
Super Bowl LVIII is rushing onto Allegiant Stadium in February, makring the first time the iconic sporting event is welcomed by Las Vegas. The event will take place on Sunday, February 11th, which means the weekend will likely be buzzing with parties and events to celebrate. Tickets are on sale now for Super Bowl 58. By the way, Usher will be the halftime performer!
4. Bad Bunny
Benito AKA Bad Bunny’s ‘Most Wanted Tour‘ is kicking off in 2024 with an early stop in Las Vegas. It’s been a year since the artist last toured and fans hungry for more don’t have to wait much longer. The ‘nadie sabe lo que va a pasar manaña‘ artist will perform popular songs like Monaco and Un Verano Sin Ti at the T Mobile Arena on February 23rd and 24th.
5. Nicki Minaj
Nicki Minaj hasn’t toured since the Pinkprint Tour in 2015-2016, so it was a big day for Barbz everywhere when Minaj announced the Pink Friday 2 Tour for 2024. The ‘Anaconda’ pop artist and rapper will be performing at the T-Mobile Arena on March 8th and we’re guessing tickets will sell fast.
6. Phish at the Sphere
The newest act to perform at the Sphere has already been announced. Up next: Phish, the groovy rock band that’s known for performing a new setlistof songs with unique accompanying visuals every show. Tickets are already on sale for the 4-night residency which will take place from April 18-21.
7. Sick New World Fest
We remember when Sick New World was announced in 2022, with rock and metal lovers excited for a festival that brought together iconic groups like Evanescence, Korn, Deftones, and System of A Down all in one place. The festival will be returing for their second year on April 27th 2024, and we hope you were lucky enough to snag tickets to this sold out event. If not, you can still join the waitlist. This time we’ll be seeing acts like Danny Elfman, A Perfect Circle, Alice in Chains, Killing Joke, and so many more.
8. Electric Daisy Carnival
Stepping out of the editorial we for a moment, I actually remembering attending EDC’s first year in Vegas back in 2011 after it moved from Los Angeles’ Coliseum venue. It’s back for another exciting year from May 17-19, with iconic edm acts on all 3 days like Afrojack, Martin Garrix, Zedd, and Above and Beyond, to name a few. 9. UFC at the Sphere
An epic live sporting event is coming to the Sphere for Mexican Independence Day in a first of its kind event. Dana White announced in November that the Sphere has been reserved on September 14th for an UFC match that will be different than anything you’ve ever seen. Not a lot of details have come out about the event yet, but White promises he’s going to put on “the greatest live combat show anybody has ever seen.”
10. When We Were Young Fest
The first time this was announced, people thought it might be fake. The nostaliga was in the room with us that day and it turns out, the fest wasn’t a scam! Sure, there were some hiccups on Day 1, but that didn’t stop the emo music festival akin to the days of Warped Tour’s past to return for 2024. The 2-day festival is on October 19th and 20th with artists performing like My Chemical Romance, Cobra Starship, Millionaires, Fall Out Boy, Sleeping with Sirens, Pierce the Veil, the Used, and more.
