Las Vegas’ nightlife just got an exciting new addition. Hidden in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas, Pachi-Pachi isn’t just a bar, but an immersive, neon-drenched trip. Behind it? The nightlife veteran Branden Powers (the mind behind Evel Pie and Golden Tiki) alongside a powerhouse team. This intimate 80-capacity gastrobar bills itself as a “Japanese listening lounge from another dimension.”
What’s the vibe at Pachi-Pachi?

Walking in is like stumbling into a Tokyo back alley…but futuristic. Now, picture loads of psychedelic jungle flora. The space hums with curated frequencies, vintage pachinko machines, and interactive art. Guests can also answer a mysterious ringing red phone that promises a Vegas jackpot, or step into a disco time machine hidden inside the bathrooms. One thing’s for sure – this space isn’t boring.
True to its listening lounge roots, the space boasts a custom Pioneer Pro Audio sound system. The musical programming shifts throughout the day, ranging from daytime Balearic beats to late-night obscure ‘80s deep cuts.
What’s on the menu?

Chefs Mike Boyle and Gilleum Marcoux have crafted standout dishes like the signature Ghost Noodles (featuring magical floating chopsticks over savory egg noodles in garlic sauce), and the Hokkaido Biru Bomb Burger – a Wagyu smashburger dipped in beer cheese.
As for the cocktails, don’t sleep on the Wagyu Smoked Old Fashioned, enveloped in a literal box of woodsmoke. Try the Neon Whispers too, based on lemongrass infused Haku vodka.
Excited? Located at 211 S. Las Vegas Blvd., this new spot is currently open for lunch, happy hour, and late-night fun. If you make it, don’t forget what they say: “You didn’t stumble upon Pachi-Pachi — you were called here.”
