Cobra Clutch is a bar that D.J. Flores launched with Lu Lopez, a leading Vegas mixologist and the bar director at Nocturno. The menu goes deep on Japanese spirits – including sake, whisky, shochu, and gin – elevating classic cocktails with unique touches like wasabi salt. Standout drinks include:
- Improved Yokohama Cocktail, featuring fine Japanese whisky and absinthe
- Roma Y Ginza, mixed with tequila, bacanora, yuzu, and wasabi salt
You also can’t miss their Kakigori (shaved ice) selection, like the Sake Painkiller, crafted over real Mt. Fuji ice. The drink is made using a vintage Hatsuyuki manual ice shaver!
