1. Eiffel Tower Restaurant
A classic Vegas destination! This iconic restaurants hosts an Easter brunch with a French fare, including dishes such as crème brûlée French toast and lobster eggs benedict.
2. Easter brunch at Mon Ami Gabi
This brunch features entrées like truffle scrambled eggs, smoked salmon benedict, French toast and more. Make this extra special with their signature cocktails, like the Gabi Bloody Mary, Mimosa or Kir Royale.
3. Early Birds
Celebrate Easter at Early Birds from 7 AM to 3 PM, with loads of family fun! After noon, kids can enjoy a festive Easter egg hunt and egg decorating while adults sip on $23 bottomless mimosas and indulge in delicious brunch favorites.
4. Lawry’s Prime Rib
Enjoy Easter brunch at another Vegas classic: Lawry’s The Prime Rib. As usual, you can expect tableside prime rib carving, the famous spinning bowl salad, and flambeed baked Alaska. From 12 PM on Easter Sunday, Lawry’s will also offer a classic family feasts for takeout and a special roasted rack of lamb with slow-cooked potatoes, favas and chimichurri for $55 – in addition to their full dinner menu.
5. La Neta Cocina y Lounge
From 11 AM on, La Neta will serve up its brand-new brunch menu, paired with festive drink specials like Cottontail Martini – made with rum, half and half, and Coco Lopez, garnished with a marshmallow fluff and coconut rim -, or bottomless mimosas and margs for $24.
6.Easter brunch at Delmonico Steakhouse
This location will serve delicious specials from Chef de Cuisine Ivan Rojas, available exclusively on April 20 – make sure not to miss this! You can find a heirloom tomato soup with crab toast, rabbit porchetta with carrot puree, or veal Milanese with homemade spaghetti and English peas.
7. La Strega
From 10:30 AM, La Strega will offer Easter Brunch, with a limited-time menu, featuring roasted bone marrow, a spring lasagna made with basil béchamel, rack of lamb served with a pistachio crust and even caviar service, if you’d like to go all in.
8. Easter brunch at Silverton Casino
Plenty of restaurants at Silverton Casino will offer a special Easter brunch, such as Twin Creeks Steakhouse, Su Casa Sushi Bar, Mi Casa Grill Cantina, and more.
The Twin Creeks Steakhouse has a pretty traditional yet delicious menu, if that’s what you’d prefer. Expect rabbit rillette with caperberries, lamb loin chops, or country fried steak.
9. Vic’s
What’s better than brunch? Brunch with live music! This beloved jazz bar offers a special concert for Easter, and a select menu. It features egg benedict with garlic mash and asparagus, lag of lamb, shrimp scampi, and waffles with berries and cream.
10. Mama Chai’s
While this isn’t a brunch offering, we know many love a sweet treat at the end of a great meal. Head to Mama Chai’s for something different, yet delicious. A limited-time collection of seasonal mochi donuts are available between April 14-20. Go for carrot cake, hazelnut toffee almond, strawberry shortcake, matcha strawberry Oreo, and more. They all come topped with very cute Easter decorations!
