Insomniac announced a free ‘World Party’ techno parade taking over the Las Vegas Strip on Thursday, May 14, 2026 – it’s kicking off at 6 PM. Organizers say this is about giving back to the community and to the city of Vegas, which has been an important part of their journey.
While Insomniac is keeping some of the finer details under wraps, this free techno parade promises to be a legendary kickoff event for all dance music enthusiasts.
EDC week 2026: a marathon of club & pool parties
Vegas’s dayclubs and nightclubs are packed with top-tier talent. Whether you want to dance under the sun or rage until dawn, here are some of the biggest artist takeovers:
- Wednesday, May 13: Start your week strong with Mau P at Encore Beach Club. Bassrush presents Ray Volpe at Zouk Nightclub, or catch a Lowkey in the Library set with Chris Lorenzo at Marquee Nightclub.
- Thursday, May 14: Before heading to the World Party parade, pre-game with Above & Beyond at Palm Tree Beach Club, Porter Robinson at TAO Beach, or head to the official Bassrush Pool Party at Ayu Dayclub.
