For Chef Mitsuo Endo, the visionary behind the renowned Raku restaurant group (including Aburiya Raku, Toridokoro Raku, and Casa de Raku) for 18 years, this spot is a natural extension of his life’s work. At Endo, guests dive into an exclusive, 6-seat hidden Kaiseki and Omakase experience where every detail honors its origins. The seasonal menu showcases the finest ingredients – flown directly from Japan – perfectly aligning with JETRO’s standards.
