The Restaurant & Bar Design Awards are a globally recognized competition, dedicated exclusively to the design of food and beverage spaces. It was founded in 2009 in the UK, and these awards celebrate creativity and innovation in the hospitality design industry. Entries come from all over the world and for all sorts of spaces. From Michelin-starred restaurants to pop-ups or even street food venues, you’ll find them all on this list. The awards are judged by leading figures in the industry, who look at things such as lighting, materials, brand identity, and more. Winning or even being short-listed is a prestigious honor in the industry – and a couple of Vegas institutions are on their way, such as The Pinky Ring and Amaya.
The Pinky Ring, Bruno Mars’ unique venue

This one-of-a-kind cocktail lounge was created by an entertainer, for your entertainment. The bar is known for its explosive performances. Sometimes, even Bruno himself makes an appearance, offering guests a night to remember. But if you’re looking to snap a picture or your next viral reel…this isn’t the place for it. in fact, phones are banned at The Pinky Ring, which completely focuses on real connection.
Decorated with vintage and modern elements, The Pinky Ring holds a classic concept of an exclusive cocktail bar. In the jazz club, different bands perform daily shows.
The Pinky Ring is on Restaurant & Bar Design 2025 Awards shortlist, in the club/night venue category.
Amaya

Another win for Vegas comes from The Cosmopolitan’s Amaya, a modern Mexican restaurant. Amaya is a dining experience designed to captivate every sense, and the special design is obvious when you step in. You go through a warm wooden façade reminiscent of Tulum, then step into a space alive with lush greenery. There’s a live DJ that completes the atmosphere, and you’ll also find an exceptional collection of tequilas, smoky mezcals, and Mexican beers. Rooted in the laid-back spirit of Mexico’s coast, Amaya features a flavorful journey through Latin American culture.
Amaya is on Restaurant & Bar Design 2025 Awards shortlist, in the surface interiors and standalone categories.
