One of Los Angeles’ most celebrated and decorated taquerias is crossing state lines to Nevada – and we finally know when! Villa’s Tacos is bringing its beloved creations to Vegas with a highly anticipated grand opening at the Durango Casino & Resort.
This milestone marks the brand’s first-ever expansion outside of L.A., and it is taking over the former Fiorella space within the resort.
A Michelin-recognized culinary institution

Founded by Victor Villa as a humble pop-up in his grandmother’s yard, the business has grown into a SoCal culinary powerhouse. Villa’s Tacos is famous for its signature crispy, cheese-loaded quesotaco, served on handmade blue corn tortillas. The exceptional flavor isn’t just loved by locals; critics rave about it, too. The taqueria is a 3-time champion of LA Taco’s “Taco Madness” tournament, and holds a prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition.
At the new Vegas location, you can expect the exact same menu that made Villa’s Tacos a phenomenon in L.A. Think Ranchera Asada, wood-fired Al Pastor, Pierna de Pollo, Chorizo de Puerco, Grilled Soyrizo, Papas a la Plancha, and Frijoles con Nopal.
Fresh off that Bad Bunny, Super Bowl fame
If the name sounds familiar, you likely saw them on the world’s biggest stage during Bad Bunny’s 2026 Super Bowl LX halftime show. During the opening sequence, Bad Bunny moved past sets representing street vendors and handed a traditional Puerto Rican piragua (shaved ice) to Victor Villa, who proudly stood behind his taco cart.
Welcome to Vegas, Villa’s Tacos!
