Henderson is about to get a serious carb upgrade. PopUp Bagels, the viral sensation that started as a pandemic backyard project and quickly earned the title of Yelp’s #1 NYC Bagel Shop, is officially opening its first Nevada location right here in Henderson.

Located at 1685 E. Cactus Ave., this highly anticipated opening marks a huge milestone for the wildly popular “not famous, but known” brand. If you aren’t familiar with PopUp Bagels, you’ll need to forget everything you know about traditional bagel shops. You won’t find any sliced breakfast sandwiches or toasted options here. Instead, their entire philosophy revolves around the perfect texture – a crispy crust with a soft center – served steaming hot and always whole.

The concept is incredibly simple: you rip it, grip it, and dip it. PopUp Bagels specializes in an artisan ‘rip and dip’ experience.
You can choose from classic varieties like plain, everything, sesame, poppy seed, and salt. You then tear off a chunk and dunk it into one of their signature schmears (aka flavored butters). They always stock beloved staples like plain and scallion cream cheese, but the real magic lies in their weekly rotating limited-edition collabs. Past spreads have included Grillo’s Pickles, TRUFF Hot Sauce, Ocean Spray Cranberry, and a luxurious truffle cream cheese.
